I can’t recommend Oskar and Complete Health highly enough. From the very first appointment, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He takes the time to listen properly, explains everything clearly, and tailors each treatment to exactly what you need rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The difference after just a few sessions has been remarkable — not only in terms of pain relief, but also overall wellbeing. Oskar has an excellent manner: calm, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does, which makes you feel completely at ease throughout. Services provided are very good. If feel so much better for using them. The reception team are more than helpful and there are parking spaces to the side of the building which are free to use to their customers. Just make sure you tap your registration number in on the iPad type device at reception. I’ve enjoyed all my visits and feel healthier as a result. Well recommended.

So I went to a free learn how a chiropractor could help me with my golf performance back in November 25. Very imformative group meeting with Doug Windsor and I was impressed but also a little sceptive about it all, gave it some thought over a couple of months and decided to give a go in Feb 26. A 12 week programme , had an intial assessment which discovered that when I was standing up straight or so I thought I acually had a curve in my spine to the left side, along with stiffness in my back , neck and pelvic area. So twice a week I saw Doug and gradually my golf swing felt much more less restricted, and I would say I am hitting further than I have for many years. I am continuing with my treatment after the six week review now down to once a week and with some structured at home exercises. I look forward to even better golf and freedom of movement this year and beyond

The room was relaxing and fragrant and George was quick to assess and treat the problem with my neck, back and posture. He also gives very good advice. Amazing. I felt for the first time by a medical professional to have been listened to and have received the help I truly required . My mobility has improved immensely in under a month. I have been seeing Oskar he is so empathetic and put my mind at rest. Nothing is too much trouble.
