Brilliant Hands Massage Spa

Brilliant experiences. That 30 minute massage was incredibly helpful. The staff were considerate (walking out the room to remove top) and caring. Thank you.

I had a hot stone massage by Maria today, her pressure and technique was spot on, she clearly knew her craft well and checked in with me to make sure pressure was not to strong and encouraged me to let her know if it was at any point. The room was nice and warm, the oils were all warmed. She got rid of knots from my shoulders and I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed, will definitely be visiting again.

By far one of the best places I've been too! Was greeted by a lovely lady and shown to my room, which was beautiful clean and so peaceful... the lady who done my massage was great and was checking if I was OK through the whole thing! Will definitely be a returning customer!! 🙂

We had Swedish Massage today for my sister’s birthday. It was lovely! I never had massage before in my life and I did not have any expectations,but after we went out my body was feeling so different- no tension and so relaxed. One of the ladies was pressing more and the other one was more careful and the balance was perfect. Recommend! I could go again for sure ✔️

“Terrible Experience at Brilliant Hands Massage Spa” Last Friday, my girlfriend surprised me with a two-person booking at Brilliant Hands Massage Spa, which I was really excited about after a long and stressful week. Unfortunately, my excitement didn’t last long once the massage started. After being shown to the room, the therapists came in and started the massage without even asking if I had any muscle pain or specific issues like back pain. From the start, it felt like they didn’t know what they were doing—just rubbing oil on my back in the most amateur way possible. At first, I thought the therapist’s hands were too rough, but then I turned over and noticed something shocking: they were wearing gloves! I’ve been to many massage places in my life, but this was by far the worst. Instead of using their hands for the massage, they even used a cheap vibrating machine, which felt ridiculous and unprofessional. When the session ended, we were shown to a shower that was filthy and far from hygienic. The cleanliness of the entire place was questionable, and the therapists clearly had no idea what they were doing. In the end, we felt like we completely wasted our money. This place does not deserve the price they charge, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
