Rochester Building and Damp is a small local company with a fantastic reputation. Run by Daniel McLean (a qualified multi-trade builder for over twenty years). Our aim is to rectify damp for the benefit of property owners, landlords and tenants. We are unique in that we fix the causation of damp, then ensure all subsequent painting and decorating is completed. Most damp proofing companies only offer a chemical injection DPC or offer to put in a couple of vents for an over inflated price. All completed works are guaranteed for twenty years. We are also very proud to be the go-to damp proofing firm for Rochester Lettings, a highly respected high street business responsible for numerous properties throughout the country.
