I honestly can’t thank Graham enough for what he’s done for us. Our loft was in a really bad state, with heavy mould covering the felt, and we had completely lost hope that it could ever be restored. It was all caused by a badly installed and broken bathroom extractor fan, which meant all the humid air was just getting trapped up there. From the moment Graham arrived, you could tell he truly cares about his work. What he achieved feels like a miracle. He didn’t just clean the mould he went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly treated and safe again. The transformation is incredible, and it’s such a relief for us. He’s not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely passionate about helping people. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us really useful advice on how to prevent this from happening again, which gave us a lot of reassurance. It also meant a lot that this is a family-run business. Mimi was lovely, kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with when arranging everything. This whole experience turned something very stressful into something we feel positive about, and we’re incredibly grateful. Superb service, can't recommend Mould Solutions enough. I contracted them for a mould property assessment. Graham brought an array of devices to test the air quality and surfaces, but even more impressive was his breadth of scientific knowledge and extensive experience of Brighton/Hove buildings and local environmental factors, that allowed him to spot mould in my property even visually. Top quality service, and well worth the cost (I now have an impressive list of recommendations to carry out!)
