Fantastic advice from Richard. Took his time to understand what the problem was and looked for a solution that would be the lowest cost. It ended up being one that he didn't even make any money from and charged me nothing! Rare, fantastic service.

I've had bad experiences in the past with so called expert damp companies, so I was a bit concerned who I could contact regarding a damp issue I had in my flat. Fortunately, a friend recommended this company. Although they charged me an initial survey fee, it was well worth it as they gave me a detailed report and quotation. Richard's a great guy, although it's a small fee for a damp inspection he's really honest and professional. I was worried I was going to get taken for a ride by some cowboy after getting a high damp reading on a house survey but he put everything to rest and didn't sell me in any work - just a full report detailing the need for no work.
