Westonworks

Westonworks is the community One Stop Skills and Job Shop based at the Information Station in St Andrews Parade in Weston-super-Mare.

We are here to help local people reach their full potential in education, enterprise and employment.

We provide 1-2-1, free, confidential, impartial advice and support on work, learning, training and volunteering. Anyone over 16 can use the service, whether you’ve looking for work, or have a job and want to get a better one, or are just thinking of a change.

Looking for work and helping you decide what jobs you are best suited to and how to find themAdvice on how to get the skills employers are looking for and help to find the best course for youSupport writing or updating your CVJob search – where to find out what jobs are available and how to apply for themHelp with job application forms – online and paperConfidence building and computer skillsAdvice on interview skills and how to make a good impression

Westonworks is open Monday – Thursday between 9am and 4pm; you can contact us on 01934 426260 or through the Information Station on 0300 111 3012.

 
We also run a work club on Thursday mornings, come along for an informal chat with us, meet other job seekers and our volunteers and get help looking for work – plus free tea and biscuits!
