CritchCorp Computers Ltd is a family run company that has for over a decade and a half helped many small to medium size businesses and sole traders to get the most from their computers, network (Inc Wi-Fi) and broadband as well as their online presence and website.

Computer and Network Support

Incorporated as a limited company in 2006 but with roots back to before 2000, we still service companies in the south of England, around the M4 and M3 corridors, looking after company networks. We look after network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, servers & computers (PC and MAC). We supply the best equipment for the job, we do not believe that using cheaper or inferior products is acceptable, and our clients can attest to the fact that "everything just works".

Web Hosting

We run a successful web hosting side to our business; started in response to our customer needs, this has expanded over the years to include website design, SEO and the very important yet often overlooked website security aspect which is becoming more and more necessary as 1000s of websites are infected every day causing suffering and reputation & financial loss to small businesses. We take care of all your website issues. Not only that, but we mainly use WordPress and have some impressive examples of work that we have done that we can show you.

Internet and Communication

With the Landlines (PSTN and ISDN) due to be shut down by Open Reach in 2025, we have invested a great deal of our efforts in our VoIP hosted servers. There are multiple benefits to using our hosted phone system, including a large reduction in overheads and fantastic business features that mean you can get your calls even when you are out of the office. Using our collaboration tools, you can not only collaborate with people in your company and outside, but protect yourself from Ransomware viruses at the same time.

The best thing of all is that because we cover so much of every business need, it means that you can have one place to call to get any IT related problem resolved. Our customers who have support contracts with us can call us, and we will endeavour to help resolve issues that are not directly related to us by contacting the support desk on your behalf, as we will have an excellent knowledge of your business and will work as your IT department for all your employees.

The Newest Bit

We have a strong retail side to our business. Initially it started out as just selling Network and Computer hardware, it has grown in that respect that we are now a Partner of STRONG who make some of the most innovative network equipment around. The retail side has expanded in to Smart (IoT) products and last year we launched our own brand of Smart products, starting with the CritchCorp Smart™ Light Bulbs, at this time the E27 and B22 versions are now available, and we are looking at expanding the range.
