Over the last few years Jack has provided IT support for myself and the wider family no matter how big or small the issue and is always willing to help ,responds quickly and is very personable which puts everyone at ease. In summary great customer service !!

5 stars is not enough for our Jack! Our business had issues with a sluggish system & emails not sending. Jack came out the next morning to resolve the issue. He was efficient, kind, professional and super knowledgeable. We will definitely use Click Resolve again, thanks Jack

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My emails kept disappearing and I was at a loss. Jack came out and fixed the problem. Not only that but he helped me with other computer problems and was very helpful and made you at ease. I was able to ask all my questions which were answered in a super respectable way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will always be using him in the future.

Offered same day service to fix my hp laptop at home. Amazing! That wasn't quite convenient for me so I dropped it off. I think Jack clearly spent more time than he charged me for to get the darn thing fixed. Really happy with the solution & he kindly ensured everything was successfully reloaded & worked. Bit of commonsense advice too. Very happy!
