I thought I'd lost two years worth of work on my computer and was desperate to find the files. I went in and had immediate help from several of the lovely people there. Can't recommend enough!

Peter within the Oxford branch was absolutely wonderful as they popped in with my laptop with a query about Wi-Fi connection in café Spaces I thought the laptop wasn’t working properly and he explained all and clarified what I needed to do extremely helpful really nice bunch you guys

I lost my Microsoft 365 Business Programe on my laptop, as I was not able to connect into the Microsoft Global Administrator, due to a badly handled switch a few years ago. Hassan contacted Microsoft for this to be corrected , which was a tortuous process by Microsoft and successfully reconnected me- with the result I am passing over the management of my IT (which is personal only having packed up my business interests ) to Computer Assistance . Well done Hassan
