Mahham Collection

I have previously purchased from here online and things have been fine. However, recently ordered 2 outfits in December - 1 of the outfits delivered was not what I had ordered. I emailed Mahham and asked them to send me the correct outfit and arrange a free return. I received a reply saying they would send me a QR code for the return. Since then I have not heard anything. They have not replied to any of my emails and I am stuck with an outfit that I'm never going to wear, an absolute waste of my money. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. I will not order again.

It was my first experience but I’m glad the dress is same quality as shown. Nice stuff, reasonable price and timely shipping. I’ll shop again soon.

Great customer service. Came all the way from Bradford to find a nice simple traditional outfit. They had a lot of clothes good quality and catered to everyone’s needs. Customer service was incredible gave a discount as we were first time buyers. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the region. 👍👍

We ordered a 3 PC Khaddi from this website for an upcoming wedding and the website mentioned that it was embroided when it clearly isn't. I have attached photos to show the difference. After numerous attempts by email and Instagram messages, they have yet to reply, nor offer any solution. I highly recommend you avoid this website!

I cannot recommend Mahham collection enough. I have bought many suits from them for myself and my two girls and each time the customer service has been excellent. The suits also arrive within 1 week and the quality is good. Most importantly once when the size was not right I spoke to Mr Khan and he quickly organised an exchange for me. The price of their suits are also reasonable!
