Pure Bliss! I recently had a combined reflexology and reiki session with Liz; my first visit to Enchanted Hands. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Liz was very friendly and approachable, and put me at ease straight away. She kindly included quantum healing and RDL, which were amazing. I can honestly say that it was the best treatment I've ever had. I felt so calm and at peace afterwards, like I was 'floating on air'. I have also slept much better since. I never had Reflexology and Reiki before. I felt very safe in Liz hands and in this lovely, calm atmosphere. It was my best experience I ever had and of course I will go back! I highly can recommend Liz great treatments.

From the very start, Liz was so welcoming and kind! I was not quite sure what to expect but my whole experience with Liz was simply amazing and she put me at ease straightaway. Her treatment room was very calm and peaceful overlooking her beautiful garden. I was carrying a lot of tension and stress and her reflexology and quantum healing were extremely relaxing but also energising. My persistent headache had gone and I left feeling that weights had been lifted and felt really energised ready to face the world again! I can honestly say that those few hours spent with Liz really felt 100% like ‘me time’ where I was able to drift off into my own ‘little world’. I would thoroughly recommend Liz!
