So Why ‘Just Cast by Gael’
as I find myself here trying to write this, I am struggling to find the right words, so I decided to just speak from the heart.
Quite recently I finally gave in and succumbed to the idea that “YES” I probably do have a ‘gift’ as they say (don’t really like that expression but what else can I say). I had been told on countless occasions that I have ‘something’ and even a ‘fizzing’ aura (not my words).
I had been interested, for more years than I care to admit, and have always had a certain curiosity with all things spiritual, pagan or witchy. So, however you wish to refer to this type of otherworldly phenomenon, I just say I’m a white witch or a medium/spiritual guide.
I have been casting Runes for more than 25 years and previously would use a necklace to ask Yes/No questions, with considerable success. I then moved onto using a couple of crystal pendulums for divining. I do a lot of spell work too, but only the ‘good’ kind you’ll be pleased to learn, including rituals for certain pagan calendar dates or lunar spells. Numerology has always held my interest too and I always fulfil my daily affirmations. So, over many years I have used these skills mainly as a party trick or for close family and friends and had never even attended a circle.
Since finding myself becoming more and more attuned to my higher self, I decided it was time I really did look into using this talent of mine to help guide people more. I don’t claim to hear or see spirits (although I’ve had plenty of ghost sightings myself), as I am not quite there yet (but will let you know when I am).
However, as anyone that is spiritual will tell you, you are constantly learning and honing your skills… every day is indeed a school day. I am in the early days of my ‘coming out’ of the spiritual closet, as it were… I have always had empathy and always want to help people in any way I can… so if my guidance can bring you comfort or some kind of direction or support… then my work is done.
It is so uplifting for me on a personal level, as I am finally using my abilities to do something I am truly passionate about. It doesn’t feel like ‘work’ or a ‘job’ and I can see why it’s referred to as a ‘calling’. Surely the ‘gift of guidance’ is one you cannot ignore.
I now do Oracle & Tarot readings and crystal divining too, as well as the previously mentioned Rune casting. If you want a spell, I can attempt to find the right one for you (please remember I only work with light). I am hopefully soon going to be able to practice Reiki and add even more to my skillset. More recently I have invested in a genuine ‘Crystal Ball’ so hopefully she can also be used for readings soon!
