Specialist Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Selly Oak, Birmingham
Birmingham Physiocare Ltd is a private physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic on Pershore Road, Selly Oak. We combine a thorough clinical assessment with personalised treatment and rehabilitation. Our approach is simple: understand the problem, explain it clearly, and treat it precisely.

The clinic is led by Muhammad Ali Raja, an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner. He is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. My experience with Dr Ali was really very nice. He's polite and humble. I have Sciatica Pain. I went to Dr Ali. He explained me everything how it starts. How we can resolve this issue. Then he treated very well. He's professional, I recommend everyone to use his services. Many thanks Dr Ali.

I'd been dealing with back pain for over a year before seeing Muhammad. He quickly figured out what was actually going on and put together a treatment plan that worked. Really professional and easy to talk to throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with back issues.

I booked an appointment feeling very anxious about a flare-up of De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, was able to get an appointment the same day and walked out feeling relieved and with a clear path forward. Having the on-site diagnostic ultrasound and being able to see the tendon sheath in real-time was really reassuring. Ali took a holistic approach, not only treating in-clinic with therapeutic ultrasound and laser, but also looking at the bigger picture by recommending routine blood tests. Rather than overwhelming me with pages of exercises, he streamlined my rehab into a clear, realistic plan with just two daily exercises. If you are looking for an MSK clinic that combines high-level diagnostic technology with genuine patient reassurance, this is the place to go. Thank you so much!

Ali is the best in the game! I twisted my ankle twice whilst on holiday last year and i was in absolute agony. I walked it off for a few weeks, but the swelling did not go away, Ali was recommended through a friend, i made an appointment and Ali saw me as a priority due to the swelling. His knowledge is unbelievable, he did an x-ray/ultrasound on my foot and saw the damage i have caused. He explained to me exactly what is what, put me on a treatment plan and now my ankle feels as strong as it once did. Thanks Ali!

I can't thank enough to the physiotrapist Ali for easing my back pain at the clinic yesterday. I went to him with lower back pain for more than 8 months and I've thought that nothing it's gonna help me anymore. Ali took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and clearly explained the treatment plan, which made me feel confident and well-informed. He also is welcoming, professional and make you feel relaxed. You can even make jokes with him :). I've had just one session of acupuncture , shockwave and manual manipulation. I'm not going lie, it's gonna hurt, but it's for a few seconds and it's so worth it. I've slept like a baby and my body was finally relaxed!! I'm confident now that he's gonna help me recover and be back on my shape that I had before this pain started. But, he advised me that physhyotherapy without home exercises and change in lifestyle it's just on the moment to help you with pain. Therefore, he provided me exercises at home that I need to do everyday. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and effective physiotherapy support.
