Promptly picked up from BHX airport, landing back from Dubai, and had a great drive from Birmingham to Essex (as I was unable to get a London flight home during the airspace closures over the Middle East). It was an amazingly clean and luxurious vehicle, which was very much welcomed. And I had some really great conversations with the driver during the 2.5hr journey too - I would happily use again. My parents recently had the pleasure of having Abdin as their driver for an airport chauffeur service from home to Birmingham Airport. From beginning to end he made the experience part of the business class service they have come to expect with Emirates. Abdin arrived early, communicated professionally, and handled all of the luggage with care. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and they were provided with thoughtful amenities that made the ride even more enjoyable. On arrival at Birmingham airport he accompanied them all the way through to check in, navigating through the rain with the luggage for them. He conveyed us to our home with extremely competent driving skills and we felt very safe throughout the journey. We had a wonderful drive home from Birmingham Airport by Abdin our chauffeur! He was very polite and helpful! After the initial mixup of where to meet him, which was my fault, he took my cases and directed me to the car! It was very comfortable and clean! He asked us if we were comfortable and if we needed anything before we started! We had water and tissues which were greatly needed after saying goodbye to family! Thankyou! X

Excellent. Great communication prior to the trip. On the day received multiple text message updates and ability to see position of car in real time (like on Uber app). Absolutely appalling weather for our drive but our driver Sajad was really great and we arrived relaxed and in plenty of time.
