About our business
We supply Private Hire Drivers with training to improve their Customer Service, Establish Standards, Operating Procedures for Airport/Eurostar/Cruise terminal. We believe that Private Hire Drivers and Companies in view of the increasing competition have to concentrate ensuring that the Customer Experience is beyond reproach leading them to becoming regular clients which in turn will help stabilise income and reduce marketing spend as it costs a minimum of five times to get a new customer as against retaining an existing client.
