I am a regular client of GS Car Hire London Chauffeurs, after many years Gary Junior in particular provides an immaculate experience always available on call, as a client makes me feel important during & after the call. On the job the vehicle’s are always clean, the driver’s tend to turn around half an hour before the job to ensure they’re not late as all around experience I cannot think of another London based Chauffeur company that makes me feel like this much of a VIP. GSC was hired for a family wedding we recently attended visiting London. Gary was our contact point for any transport needed around the London area and he was extremely rude and unprofessional to deal with. Gary was pretty shady and was going out of his way to hide pricing when we inquired (multiple times before our trip) about going to London to sightsee. He didn’t disclose pricing until his shuttle was literally outside our hotel ready for pickup. It seemed like an attempt to entrap us into paying his exorbitant price. When I politely declined his services, his attitude towards me and also my family just became flat out pathetic and petty. Before ever arriving to London, Gary agreed he would take my wife and I to St Pancras for our scheduled train trip to Europe. However, after I declined his service taking us into London, he seemingly decided the day before for no apparent reason he “wouldn’t be able to accommodate”. Thus leaving us to scramble last minute to find alternate transportation. Furthermore, when my mother was texting in the wedding family group chat the night before (Gary included as well) requesting a ride for my sister to the airport the next morning, he conveniently “missed” her message requesting this ride even though he sent a message in the group chat right after this request. Overall, this review is more for Gary as the shuttles themselves and the other GSC drivers are quite nice. Gary is just very unprofessional and needs some major improvement to his attitude and service level. He doesn’t strike me as someone professional that should know basic customer service skills.

Used the Mercedes Van service from London city centre to Heathrow Airport, and it was excellent overall. Prompt booking with a great service from Gary and Amy, then the driver was very friendly, professional, helped us with the luggage, and very prompt. I highly recommend the services of GC Car Hire London Chauffeurs.

I recently had GS Car Hire provide my transportation needs in London. We were a group of 8 people and had GS handle airport transfers and several trips within London. Everything was perfect, professional, and as easy on us as possible. The drivers were always on time and very accommodating. Great experience with Gary & his team. Service was highly attentive - Gary kept in touch at all stages of the booking process before, during & after. Car looked very nice, driver arrived early and company were amenable to changes when clients wished to alter the route a little.
