I have been creating bespoke hand made celebration cakes from my home kitchen in Southwater for the past 13 years. My business has evolved, grown and flourished year after year whilst cake designs and trends have changed dramatically.

My passion for baking originated from my childhood where I was treated to my Nan’s family famous Victoria sponges, treacle tarts and other delights. She always said ‘one day, we’ll have a business’……..

I am fortunate to have met some lovely people over the years who I can also call my friends.
