At House of Chocolate we only use the best.  Our spectacular Giles & Posner 48" fountain is the industry 'gold' standard and really will add the "wow" factor.  In addition we only use Callebaut chocolate which has been specially formulated for use with chocolate fountains to give a better flow and 'coatability' without the use of additional oils which can spoil the delicious taste of the chocolate.
