I originally started as a hobby baker and I was lucky enough to be able to grow my hobby into a home based business. In July 2018 I was given the opportunity to take over the ownership of The Sugar House in Albert Parade, Green Street, Eastbourne, now trading as Coppice Cakes & Sugarcraft.
I pride myself in creating beautiful Wedding and Celebration Cakes using only the highest quality ingredients, freshly baked with a range of flavours and fillings available. Any special dietary requirements, can also be catered for.
I have a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 with Wealden District Council Environmental Health and have undertaken a Food Standards Agency, Food Allergy Training Course. I have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering and I am fully insured.
If you are making your own creations, be it as a professional or hobby baker, I aim to provide all customers, beginners through to experts with as much help and guidance as possible, giving you every confidence to create your sugarcraft creations. If we don’t have your required item in stock it can usually be ordered in for you within the week.
