Clare's Cake Boutique is now ready to make your bespoke wedding or celebration cake; cupcakes, mini cakes cookies or favours. I love making that special center piece for you where the only limit is your imagination! I work from home and helping me out occasionally I have my husband who is chief taster and our son who was born in April 2015 - we are expecting him to take over in the taste testing role when he's a little older!
I also love teaching and passing on my knowledge so I have now run various cake making and decorating courses where I can share the fun. The courses are run from a few locations near to Cuckfield, including some at our home and Mabel's Emporium in Burgess Hill.
All of my ingredients are of the finest quality, including free range eggs, fairtrade sugars, English butter and finest Belgian chocolate. All my bespoke cakes and cookies are handmade and baked to order.
