"From a young age Clare had always loved art and baking. She soon realised she could combine both talents to create beautiful cakes which she was baking for fun for family and friends. Then one day a close friend asked Clare to bake her wedding cake which was a stunning triumph! Clare's Cake Boutique was born! Since then Clare has been creating amazing and unusual cakes for all celebrations including Weddings, Anniversaries, Children and Adult Birthday cakes."
Clare's Cake Boutique is now ready to make your bespoke wedding or celebration cake; cupcakes, mini cakes cookies or favours. I love making that special centre piece for you where the only limit is your imagination! Based in West Sussex, I work from home and helping me out occasionally I have my husband who is chief taster and engineer for those gravity defying creations, and our son, who is chasing Daddy for the chief taster role!
I also love teaching and passing on my knowledge. As such, I run various cake making and decorating courses where I can share the fun. The courses are run from a few locations near to Haywards Heath, including some at our home in Bolney and The Round Table Kitchen near Horsted Keynes.
All of my ingredients are of the finest quality, including free range eggs, fairtrade sugars, English butter and finest Belgian chocolate. All my bespoke cakes and cookies are handmade and baked to order.
