Hello my name is Jo and I am the owner of Chellingworth Events!
I began my career as a Wedding Coordinator in 2006 and over the years have progressed at several venues. One of my favourite positions being the first Events Manager working for The London Eye, in the heart of Westminster, managing events on The Barracuda, a beautiful Art Deco River Cruiser. Over my career, I have planned in excess of 1,500 weddings and a multitude of other events, both corporate and private. I love seeing my client’s visions and dreams become a reality. After months of meticulous planning there is nothing better than the whole event coming together on the day and seeing the happy faces of my clients!

A little bit about me? I live in West Sussex with my husband, Ed, and my beautiful baby daughter, Layla, who was born in March 2018. I feel so blessed to have become a mummy to such a gorgeous, cheeky little girly, she is just perfect! We are also parents to two baby bunny rabbits, Morty and Rei, who enjoy free range hopping in our garden and eating coriander and curly kale.
I have a huge passion for travelling and have been fortunate enough to experience several backpacking trips through a variety of weird and wonderful countries as a lone traveller in my early 20’s and with my husband in more recent years. I LOVE to learn about new cultures and meet new people to enhance my life. I enjoy cooking and trying out new cuisines. One day I’d like to buy a VW Campervan and travel Europe with my Mr and little Miss!
