Clean Freaks was amazing!! They took care of our white upholstery bed frame and our mattress. The yellowness and the stains I never thought would come out have completely erased. We appreciated Clean Freaks thoroughness and attention to detail. They did a great job on the stairs in our rental unit. Although a couple of permanent stains remained from a spill done by our kids by accident, the team went above and beyond the requested service to advise us on the most cost effective way for us to resolve the issue and keep the stairs in good condition. I called Stephen for a tough carpet stain and not only did he get the stain out, he provided a very high level of customer service from start to finish. He was very responsive when I reached out to him, he answered all my questions, and he was able to accommodate me for an urgent appointment.
