We had a serious printer ink spill on our carpet and were really worried it was permanent. The technician was punctual, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. The stain has been completely removed - you’d never know it happened. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

We had a sofa and chair moved from storage into the lounge. The contractor arrived on time, discussed stains in detail, and checked over the items to be cleaned throughly. He managed to remove the main stain entirely and the remainder of the sofa and chair came up beautifully. The contractor was professional and courteous throughout. Finished on time and clean up after himself. We were delighted by the service, would use again and no problem recommending him. Thanks for the prompt turnaround it was much appreciated.
