I have recently had my whole bungalow fitted with new flooring from Anglian carpets in Norwich . I can’t speak highly enough of this company , they really did check all the boxes you’d expect when having home improvements done . They were very friendly , profesional and explained the whole process clearly . They came to my property and measured all the rooms , and brought a selection of samples for me to choose as well as giving me advice on types of material and colours that i needed .Credit card payments are accepted which is handy , as other companies will only accept bank transfers. The flooring was fitted quickly and to a very high standard . Anglian carpets were the cheapest quote I got , they removed my old flooring and disposed of it too. If you are looking to get new carpets or vinyl / laminate etc, I would recommend Anglian carpets with 100% confidence they’ll do a superb job. Really nice guys from start to finish . I had flooring laid downstairs, I noticed there was slight damage to one part, they arranged to come and replace it straight away. Unfortunately on 2 occasions, when they came back to relay it they found that my radiators had leaked. They were so understanding, it was never a problem, they just rearranged their day and booked another visit. They kept me updated throughout with delivery dates etc. I would highly recommend them, Jay, who I mostly dealt with was always professional, helpful and so understanding. Had my living room carpet fitted today with Silver dollar Panache and 10mm underlay. Tom and Richard were so friendly and polite and professional. They both did a great job and I’m in love with my carpet going from laminate flooring I wish I had carpet sooner. My neighbour recommended Anglian Carpets as she had a carpet done few weeks ago we have same just different colour. Highly recommend Anglian Carpets. Luke did a fantastic job fitting the floor in our lounge. We are really pleased with the result - it looks excellent. He was also very polite, professional, and a real credit to your company. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend Anglian Carpets as the one to use in Norwich and surrounding areas. I have used 2 other companies and neither have met the high standard of the carpets which have been fitted. I have had the upstairs of a Victorian terrace and stairs completed this week and wow am I impressed. Not only with the fitting ( which is exemplary) but the professionalism, friendliness and workmanship ship of the team. Also the price was unbeatable. I went for a mid price carpet and 10mm underlay. It’s squishy and gorgeous under foot. No negatives at all here.
