Hi Everyone, My name is En.
I have been in the flooring industry coming up to 20 years and i am enjoying every moment.
I have worked for national companies and small independents.
I started of my career as a sales assistant and now 20 years on i have decided to open my new flooring business!
I have always cared about what a customer wants and how to be treated, i have always put the customer first which is how it always should be and now 20 years later i will still be doing that.

I have seen a lot of differences between the national and independents companies, but we also have the same thing in common...,we all have the same products!
If i were a customer, i'd want to go where i want to be treated more of an individual and yes still a customer but still want great customer service and great value for money and to buy flooring that i'm not going to pay the earth for and still get the same product as i would have got from somewhere else, no pushy sales or feeling like someone who just wants my money!
