From the very first meeting with Rooz & Amir we knew Posh Design were the kitchen company for us. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Their expertise in kitchen design is second to none. Our kitchen / utility room project required some bespoke sizes which was no problem, as all of their cabinets are made in house, so nothing was ever an issue. Every single team member is friendly and helpful. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress free. We’re really pleased with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Posh Design to everyone … The only negative from the whole experience is that we won’t get to see them on a regular basis again!

Great quality and great service up until final payment and delivery. Both my cards were declined and I was questioned if I had enough money on the card. For them to later accept it was an issue with their hosting service. I tried to pay over the phone and even went to the office to make payment. They said I could pay on delivery and they brought the card machine with no paper or internet connection. Offered for them to connect to my internet but ended up making another journey to their offices. Delivery was late and had items missing which had to be chased for and items arrived the wrong size having to be changed. They did get these changed swiftly. Would go with them again but would get every conversation about changes in writing so they can not sting you with an additional bill for what you expect to receive.

We've just gone through the design stage with Posh Design and just wanted to leave a quick review as we've had a really good experience so far. From the measure up to getting the design back, everything felt quite easy and not stressful which I was a bit worried about at the start as home designs arnt always a simple thing. The team were really helpful and patient, we changed a few things along the way and nothing ever felt like too much Think the biggest thing for me was actually seeing the design properly, it’s so hard to imagine from samples and ideas but once they showed us the visuals it all just made sense. Communication has been good throughout (big thing for me), always got back to us and kept things moving Still early days as we haven't had it fitted yet but so far really happy and excited to see it all come together !

It was a pleasure working together with Posh Designs to design our bedroom & dressing room. That positive experience continued with their building & fitting of the peces for the rooms. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly & efficiently and the team doing the fitting, led by Sajad, checked with us every morning that everything was as it should be & that we were happy. The final product is fantastic & we now look forward to working with them again on our kitchen.
