Monkton Wyld Holiday Park

This has to be one of the most modern C&C sites I have stayed on. The facilities are modern. The bathroom treats you like an adult with hot water in the shower, which lasts longer than 30 seconds. The cubicle is huge! Excellent for families. It's a 7-minute drive to Charmouth beach for a spot of fossil hunting. The Hunters Lodge is a 30-minute walk away. Although, my husband and I thought the food was very poor. Personal choice, I suppose.

Beautiful setting, generous sized plots. Facilities were spotless, with free showers. Pleasant dog paths through woodland, lit by fairy lights at night. Also a dog paddock. 20 min walk to pub with good food & to bus for Lyme Regis. Staff are charming and helpful. During term time, so peaceful, but there is a kids area and a games room. We visited in our camper, and will definitely be back.

Exceptionally well kept and immaculatly kept toilets and shower blocks. Really first class. Only problem if you need public transport its a dodgy 30 minute walk to the bus stop. Very good visiting food vans and great dog walking and excercise areas. Site wifi excellent even at the very furthest point. Great visit. Need a car though

We go to this site once or twice a year now, the staff are absolutely amazing, the cleanliness of facilities are a definite 10/10, the pitches are to how you request, whether private area or family locations, the facilities are excellent, games room, play park, dog walking areas and washing families. Absolutely perfect for our needs.

What can I say other than, What a stunning fantastic site, so well kept, lots of different areas to pitch up and enjoy, All the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them, there is a well stocked shop and various food vans arrive during the week , fish and chip night, curry night and pizza night also a lovely young lady cooking breakfast food The toilet and shower block facilities and there are many blocks, There like a five star hotel immaculate Please do not miss the experience of this Amazing Site 😊👍
