Southeast Caravan Centre Limited

We have just bought our very 1st caravan from southeast caravans. We cannot fault the service , David & Lee made everything so easy. David gave us lots of tips and advice and end answered all of our questions. The Caravan itself was in great condition and all cleaned. They went above and beyond and not only provided us with everything to get us started but also bought us new carpets and a great warranty. Highly recommend Southeast Caravams for sales and servicing.

Wouldn't even waste your time like i did, phoned Dave the day before agreed to buy the caravan and collect the next day between 2 and 3pm and told him I was on my way just before I left, drove 2 hours to southeast caravans just to be told he had sold the caravan to someone else before I turned up then had the cheek to say it was my fault as well but couldnt explain how when I asked him. Then to insult me even more told me he had another one the same which I looked at and you wouldnt even have taken it if offered it for free it was that old and knackered. I then explained how id put £60 in my truck and gave my day up to go there and pick the caravan up and the best he could offer me was £20 as what he called it "a fair deal" it took around 20 minutes of arguing before he actually repaid me my fuel money after telling me he didn't even have £60 yet opened his wallet with about £400 cash in there. Still not to mention there wasn't 1 single apology, sympathy or solution the whole time.

Great service from pre-sale to purchase to delivery. Every question answered, every bit of assistance given. Thoroughly helpful people - David, Viv and Lee. Recommend without hesitation.

What a waste of space... Asked about a caravan that he was selling on behalf of a friend, he trued to call them - no answer so took our details. We called back 3 times the following day as he wouldn't get back to us.. When we finally got intouch we then got told that it so called "sold" that day.... Yeah right of course you did, what because we offered £500 off the asking you told us some cock an bull story the sell it for the asking price.. Bet if we said well take it at asking we prob have had a sale.... we was willing to pay the full price.... Keep the caravan and the others as we got a better deal on a more newer caravan and was told more about the weight of our car and caravan..

An absolute gem. David is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He has great contacts and has helped immensely with my caravan. Happy to recommend to anyone and when I need a new caravan David will be my first stop.
