Rye Harbour Coastal & Country Park

Weekend break plus dog. Had a lovely, peaceful break! The staff at the park were so friendly and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for you. The park is clean, tidy and in a great area for nature as pictured. Caravan was really big with ample space and storage, it was warm, good facilities and everything you would need, even had a bath! Stayed in gold plus, had a dishwasher, washing machine and great heating. Definitely recommend gold plus well worth it! The park had a spa, gym and pool but unfortunately the pool wasnt open on our break which was a shame as this would have been perfect however it was great despite this. It is about 9 mins to Rye by car. Easy to get about in car from site. The site is quite small and quiet but this made it even more ideal. Will definitely go back to the site again. Ideal for people with dogs, they can go in the pub, restaurant in certain parts and it seemed very dog friendly.

Good for a weekend away, club looks amazing but food and service was very average, thankfully the new children's playground there kept the kids busy and had some screens with the footie on. Gym was good but small. Pool was great and changing room/facilities excellent, but jacuzzi out of order. It's easy to walk to the beach from here, but walking into Rye was a nightmare down a very grotty and dangerous road for pedestrians. Tried guille fishing on the banks of the river with varying success. Nature reserve was nice and animal spotting interesting, and our place had a decent telescope for star-gazing which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall very fun weekend slightly let down by easy to remedy issues

Loved the Park. Caravan was great, the service excellent and the location brilliant. Lots to do in Rye itself. We used the bus to get there, 10mins! Only complaint was our wifi was very poor, but probably a good thing.

Perfect family getaway! Reception staff friendly and very welcoming. Bar staff are lovely. Didn’t eat the food inside the restaurant but BBQ was very good. We stayed in a lodge, it was really clean and very quiet! Only negative was we couldn’t access Netflix for the kids, was minor though. Highly recommend Rye harbour holiday park, We will be returning next year!!

Took my partner and mum away for 4 nights. Mum has dementia and bringing her home from Dr London was a 4-5 hour drive if things went pear shaped. We used to holiday at this park 50 years ago and it's rather changed. Getting mum into the new pool and large heated seated pool was a blessing. I don't think she's been in a pool for years. Just chatting away, chlorinating my mum hehe was lovely. I was almost able to forget she had dementia. The caravan looked brand new, we had a lovely river view behind the bar and next to the maintenance area, neither was a problem. Already planning another visit with mum
