Please, avoid this company. After the delivery of our static, we waited seven weeks to get a known faulty cooker replaced and converted to LPG. The boiler had a faulty part, the hot water pipe to the boiler was disconnected and no gas safety check had been done. There was a leak in the bathroom, a faulty electrical socket and the bed frame did not fit in the bedroom. It took seven weeks to not get the decking delivery and installation that we had paid for, and it was not easy getting authorisation from the company owner to refund us for the service that we did not receive. We were also misled about the quality of the decking we were buying. After having to delay our building work due to the lack of a cooker and safe access to the van for our young children (and the countless other complications that delay caused), the decking we had to collect was in very poor condition with broken and missing parts. The company owner declined to replace the broken and missing parts or offer any refund for the poor quality of the decking, or to refund us to replace the parts ourselves. There were sharp exposed edges on every decking upright post (except the one with the only one post cap that was included) of which my five year old cut her arm on. The only positives I can possibly give are the lovely ladies working in the office and to the separate transport and siting team who were outstanding.

I first met Shane from My Leisure Homes back in October 2024. There was no hard sell or pushy sales talk. It was "When you're ready, we are here" Fast forward to November 2025 and I moved into a beautiful preloved lodge on a stunning lakeside plot on a beautiful park just on the outskirts of Skegness. The My Leisure team could not do enough for you, from the welcome pack to messages and calls to check all was ok they have been there throughout the whole process. Had a few minor issues that have all been dealt with in a timely manner. The whole team are professional, supportive and very friendly, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a holiday home to contact them. I have made two recommendations to friends and family who have since purchased from My Leisure.
