Cambridge Caravans

I was staying at the CCC in Cambridge august ‘25. My electrics to my car had been broken off in transit . It was Friday and I was leaving the next day - struggled to find any mobile person . Phoned Cambridge caravans and he said no problem if I could get it to him the next morning . Went the next day , he had put on a new socket within ten minutes . Only charged me for the socket (£15). He was a lovely man , saved me a nerve wracking journey without caravan brake lights AND turned my caravan around in car park for me! A really nice and trustworthy honest man . Thank you so much !!

Stuart sold us our first caravan, very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed. Just got back from our first towing holiday, had a fantastic time. Really got the bug now and want to upgrade immediately as we only bought the cheapest one available to try out. Now we know we love it, we want one that will last us the next 15 to 20 years. Hoping he can find one for us.

Phoned Stuart after a part broke in our hitch. We were staying on a local caravan site. He fitted us in on the same day and fitted a replacement despite the fact that a fragment of the old part proved very stubborn to remove. Even though his engineer was not in that day he stuck at it and got the job. A very decent, honest, hard working guy who recognised that we needed the repair doing quickly and would not give up until it was done. Very good price as well.

Stuart is a really nice chap, knowledgeable and helpful, he has been priceless in helping us start our caravanning journey. Despite purchasing an older van the quality of the service and support has been excellent. His caravan service engineer Kai is a top bloke, I've asked him numerous questions and his help has gone above and beyond, a good honest tradesman who really knows his stuff!

Saved a damsel in distress. Same day appointment to sort out an indicator light problem. Quick and easy solution, all sorted in 10 minutes. Looked at a leaky tap for me as well which was easily sorted. Service with a smile, friendly, courteous and free of charge for a review. Thank you so much. My onward journey will be hassle free now.
