Cambridge Caravans

Not a huge selection of caravans, nor the fanciest set up, but nothing but rave reviews from us. You're not paying for all the glitz of the big places but the service was A+! Stuart allowed us all the time we needed when looking through the caravans without any pushy sales tactics, which was very much appreciated. Then he took his time and introduced us to how everything works in the caravan and the sale went very smoothly. The shop, again, isn't all sparkly and fancy but there's a great selection of new and used items for the caravan so you can save or splurge to your heart's content.

We purchased a Caravan from Cambridge caravans and I would like to say what a pleasurable experience it was. There was no pressure sale, we was able to look around at our leisure. Stuart was most informative and was able to answer all our questions. We had the caravan serviced also. On collection Stuart talked us through and showed us everything, we used to caravan but it was many years ago and technology has moved on. We was technically newbies. By the time we was hitched on and ready to go we felt confident that we had the knowledge to enjoy our caravan fully. Stuart spent a lot of time with us and at no point was we made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you and see you next year for our service.

Excellent service from Tracy at Cambridge Caravans. We purchased a canopy awning about 18 months ago but only recently used it, when we discovered it was a slightly different size than ordered. Despite the time that had passed, Tracy was incredibly helpful and arranged a replacement straight away without any issues. We were genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. It’s rare to find such great customer service — highly recommended!

I was staying at the CCC in Cambridge august ‘25. My electrics to my car had been broken off in transit . It was Friday and I was leaving the next day - struggled to find any mobile person . Phoned Cambridge caravans and he said no problem if I could get it to him the next morning . Went the next day , he had put on a new socket within ten minutes . Only charged me for the socket (£15). He was a lovely man , saved me a nerve wracking journey without caravan brake lights AND turned my caravan around in car park for me! A really nice and trustworthy honest man . Thank you so much !!

Stuart sold us our first caravan, very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed. Just got back from our first towing holiday, had a fantastic time. Really got the bug now and want to upgrade immediately as we only bought the cheapest one available to try out. Now we know we love it, we want one that will last us the next 15 to 20 years. Hoping he can find one for us.
