I bought a Volvo v40 8 months ago from Northwood cars and it’s been amazing, I love the car and it runs brilliantly! As mentioned in previous reviews, no hard sales from Tom, instead it was a really friendly and honest service throughout and the whole process was very easy and stress free. Paul and Tom are extremely knowledgeable about Volvos and the after sales has been fantastic, even after the warranty ran out, Tom and Paul have been so helpful with any questions I’ve had. I would definitely purchase from them again and will be coming back to them for future services and MOT even though I live up in north London. Thank you so much.

I recently visited Northwood Cars and purchased a Volvo S80 — fantastic car. The service from Tom and his dad was excellent; no hard sell at all, they really listened to what I wanted. I originally went in looking at a V40, but based on the mileage I do they recommended the S80, and I’m very glad I took their advice. I’m absolutely not disappointed. I did have a small battery issue after purchase, which was replaced without any quibble — great aftersales support. I would highly recommend this garage: high-quality cars and equally high-quality service.

Northwood Cars Ltd were excellent from start to finish. Tom and his father provided outstanding service and never made me feel rushed at any stage. I was given plenty of time to properly test drive the car, inspect everything thoroughly, and ask questions, and everything was explained clearly and transparently. The after-sales support has been just as impressive. Although any issues since purchase have been very minor, they’ve still been keen to help straight away, which shows genuine integrity and care for their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot rate Tom and his Father Paul high enough, I went to test drive a Volvo xc60, no pressure, very relaxed, I asked a lot of questions especially about towing and they checked all the information and reassured me that this car was suitable. I went and collected it a few days later and Tom went through everything and told me to contact them if I needed to. Five days later I drove down to Devon took me 6 hours, no problems at all and a very comfortable car. I will be back the next time I need a new car. I have also recommended family and friends about Tom and Paul.
