Martek Motor Service Ltd

I had a really positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and diligent throughout. The service was excellent, and everyone was welcoming, professional and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and I really appreciated the care and effort they put into everything. I would definitely recommend their service.

I typically do not write reviews, but I believe MARTEK merits a positive mention. From a female perspective, and having had less than satisfactory experiences with garages in the past, I was made to feel comfortable and understood. This company provided first-class service and an MOT for my VW Polo. They sent a video and made a follow-up phone call to ensure that the work I required would be satisfactory. The price quoted was very competitive, and I proceeded with the work within the timeframe they specified. The receptionist who assisted me when I came to collect my vehicle explained everything to me in detail. The team was friendly and polite, and I would highly recommend them as a very professional group.

After an issue with my VW Golf with a damaged Air con condenser and after receiving the sky high dealer prices and internet search returned Martek who specialise in German cars. From the initial phone call to Rajan to discuss the issue, followed by a quote for the works the same day I was booked in to get the work completed. Fantastic communication, fantastic prices and first class service. Would highly recommend Martek to anyone looking for work on their car

Highly recommend Martek Motor Services. We had issues with our car and other garages did not resolve any of the issues and we kept getting them. We gave our car to Martek they did a brilliant job and also gave us updates through out. This is our new go to place. Thank you Chan, Bal & Rajaan. The staff are so polite and professional.

If you want to go somewhere trustworthy go here! The people at the garage are more than helpful. Super fast. 10/10 for service. Good price. They have reassured me and gave me lots of information following a diagnostic. I will be using these guys moving forward! I highly recommend. Thank you Martek
