Martek Motor Services are just the best, they know their stuff!!! Anytime there is a problem with my car I no longer stress because I know that I have a trusted garage who will look after me. The customer service is 10/10 every single time, I know a lot more about cars which makes me less anxious. The reception is cost and you can help yourself to complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolates few biscuits too, tv in waiting area which allows time to fly while waiting for you service. Love you guys always and forever.

After an issue with my VW Golf with a damaged Air con condenser and after receiving the sky high dealer prices and internet search returned Martek who specialise in German cars. From the initial phone call to Rajan to discuss the issue, followed by a quote for the works the same day I was booked in to get the work completed. I typically do not write reviews, but I believe MARTEK merits a positive mention. From a female perspective, and having had less than satisfactory experiences with garages in the past, I was made to feel comfortable and understood. This company provided first-class service and an MOT for my VW Polo. They sent a video and made a follow-up phone call to ensure that the work I required would be satisfactory. The price quoted was very competitive, and I proceeded with the work within the timeframe they specified. The receptionist who assisted me when I came to collect my vehicle explained everything to me in detail. The team was friendly and polite, and I would highly recommend them as a very professional group.

I am not the usual type to leave a review regarding getting work done on my car but after the exemplary service and work carried out by martek motor services I feel this review is 100% earned. I went in with having several issues and losing faith in the garage that I never thought twice about going to until I found martek. I had issues with no heating and serve knocking with my suspension alongside my yearly servicing, the suspension work was completed on the same day the inspection took place. I decided to book in the water pump, timing belt, heater matrix, oil service, brake pads and disc replacements for another day which they made available for me to get the work started before my birthday. They also did offer to get all of this work started on the same day of when I had the inspection and suspension done but did not pressure me to get any work done allowing me to decide in my own time. Since the start of my experience with martek the customer service and updates have been tip top with detailed videos of what is going on explaining how when or why fulfilling confidence in their customers ensuring customers know as much as the technicians do. I am over the moon I have found a new garage to bring my business to, my car has never felt so smooth! Thank you guys!!
