Wonderful customer service, including use of technology to track booking and updates through process with extracts from diagnostic system as the mechanics diagnosed, got approval for work, and then resolved the issue. Staff were really professional, genuine and friendly, answering my non-expert questions. Being open at 7.30 is a great idea. Pricing was transparent, clear and agreed before work done. Great to see a local business flourishing and expanding by providing a premium service.

After booking my car in to be repaired , I ended up with a bill of £565 for work done . My car was not repaired . Make sure you ask from the outset how likely they are to be able to actually repair your car . I didn’t and have learned a harsh lesson . I wasn’t given the impression that a repair wasn’t going to be possible until I got the bill . I can’t afford that kind of money to not get my car repaired , so it’s not a garage I would use again . *Edit * In response to your reply to my review , I remember you mentioning a company in the possilpark area that “ might be able to help “ . You specifically said a special “ jig “ was required to re-align the roof , and you didn’t know who would have one . If there was 3 companies that could carry out the repair you would need to name them , because I have no recollection of these companies . I didn’t say you definitely said you could fix it . I said you never once indicated that you may not be able to before I was given my invoice . There’s a big difference . As a result of this I have now returned the car to the finance company as I can’t afford to spend more money without guarantee of it being fixed .

Five star service from the team at Lawson Auto Tech. Had a problem with the timing chain on my vehicle which had to be replaced ASAP, the reception team were very helpful and friendly, got my car booked in and a technician came and inspected my vehicle, got an email with a complete cost breakdown down the next morning and a time frame for the repair to be carried out. The work was completed on time and two of the vehicle parts on the estimate weren't eventually required which was a considerable cost saving. I'd definitely use Lawson Auto Tech in the future and will recommend them to my friends, well done guys

My vehicle developed a fault late on a Sunday night fortunately at a hotel just around the corner from Lawson Autotech. I was up in that area for a course which was 7 miles away. I called them at 7.45 am Monday morning and was told to take the vehicle to them and they would take a look. Vehicle was to be put on a diagnostic check later that day so they gave me a courtesy car to attend my course. It turned out that the car was not driveable and needed recovery by the RAC to be repaired at home. The staff allowed me to use the reception gave me coffee and biscuits and offered me sandwiches whilst I waited. The recovery actually took a couple of days and I left the keys with the garage so that I could return home. They looked after myself and my vehicle extremely well. The staff were friendly professional and very helpful even giving me a lift to the local train station to catch my train. I can not thank them enough for making a stressful situation for myself as easy as possible. A great place and I'm quite sure they would have done a great job with repairing my car had I needed them to. Thanks to them all a great asset to the local community.

Finding your company has brought me the peace of mind I need! You have gained my trust completely with your professional expertise and especially your transparency.
