Highpoint Motor Centre

I had a great experience with Highpoint Motor Centre. Dave was incredibly helpful and professional. I showed up in the morning without an appointment as my car was overdue for a service and had a low oil warning, so I couldn’t risk driving it any further. Dave managed to fit me in the same day, carried out all the necessary checks and service, and I was able to collect my car in the afternoon. I really appreciated the responsiveness, flexibility, and overall excellent service. Highly recommend!

Had my MOT done here recently and I’m really pleased with the service. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. First time I used Highpoint after reading reviews a couple weeks ago and knowing I had my MOT due. I was able to book it in within a week as I kept forgetting which was a relief because it's quite a busy garage (which to me is a good sign). Dave was great on the phone and in person. A tyre change was what was needed, got it changed and passed. The whole process was smooth and I'm sure this will be my garage from now on, getting a quote for a service etc also. Great customer service and good, quick turnaround on the MOT. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a car requiring a gearbox change and another needing an MOT. They were able to fit both jobs at short notice, with a quick turnaround and work completed to a high standard. Great communication, with clear updates throughout. Would highly recommend!

Really great guys Dave, Auden and the team! Their service is impeccable and they always do a great job on my car. I wish all mechanics knew that if you're fair with your customers they will come back year after year. Great service! I'm really happy!
