Running an errand for my husband today to collect these alloys from here, and all I can say is what a helpful bunch of people. So polite, well-mannered, and genuinely helpful. They helped me load the alloys into the car with no fuss at all — proper customer service, which you don’t always get these days. I’ve used Alloy refresh services twice now first time was about a year ago now had my Mercedes cla 200d wheels coated in gloss black. Second time was today had my brake callipers painted in red. I am very pleased with the results of both, would highly recommend anyone wanting their wheels or brake callipers enhancing to use Alloy refresh great service staff are really nice helpful and friendly. I was looking for a company that specialised in refurbing brake calipers, as mine had started to rust in parts and looked a bit outdated. I found Alloy Refresh online and I was really impressed of the services they offered, plus on reading previous customer reviews too. I made an online enquiry of having all my brake calipers sprayed in red and how much it would cost, plus a specific day I would like these to be done if at all possible due to my working commitments. I received an email the next day from Emily with a quote of £200, which I thought was a very reasonable price. I then contacted her directly on the telephone to book my car in. On the day, I've arrived at 9.00am to drop my car off and I was happy to leave my car with them for the whole day. I could see they were really busy due to the amount of cars they had already in the workshop and car park too. From seeing this, I could tell how popular a business they were already. I was greeted by a young gentleman at Reception who was really polite and courteous. I returned back late afternoon at 4.45pm and I was greeted by the lovely Emily who apologised that there would only be a slightly delay, due to the fact they were a couple of workman down on the day. My car was finally ready within 30 mins of me arriving, which wasn't too bad. On seeing the final outcome of my car, I can honestly say that they have done a fantastic job of refurbing my brake calipers. They look absoultely stunning now. What a very professional job they have done. A few of my friends have already stated how fantastic my car now looks! I would recommend Alloy Refresh to anyone, plus would reuse them again myself. They are a very professional and fantastic team to deal with. Thank you so much!
