Peter Vardy Leasing

The WORST company in living memory. FALSIFIED records then non existent service or contact with customer for simple tasks. Incorrect contact details, email ignored, phone never answered, messages not returned. This company struggles with basics, such as delivering a clean car, if I had returned in that state I'd have been charged fees. STEER CLEAR of this USELESS and DISHONEST company, it will save you hassle and a headache. If I could give this company no star review I would.

I contacted Peter Vardy Leasing to ask some questions about 2 cars I was considering to lease and Craig Gemmell took my call, answered all my questions and offered good knowledge compromises to the 'pros and cons' I had about both cars, which is now saving me money in the long run. He was very friendly and polite and did not rush or pressure me into making decisions or taking out a lease and ultimately that lead me to choosing a car through Peter Vardy Leasing. He took care of the paper work and processing which was done in such a short period of time and so easy to understand. He was quick to address a small miscommunication error which was amended with no further issues. Excellent customer service and knowledge. So glad I chose to get a car from these guys. Thanks again!

Poor customer service! I was assured the car would be delivered before Christmas when it was ordered on 02/12, as it was in stock and ready to be delivered, however I am still waiting three months later. The car didn’t turn up on the first delivery date provided by Peter Vardy leasing (mid January) with no explanation until I phoned having waited all day. I was told the car had a fault and had been returned to the dealer. I was thereafter provided with a second delivery date in March. At 5pm the evening before I received a email advising that the car would not be delivered as it had been shipped to the wrong port. Although I realise this is a shipping problem and not Peter Vardy we could surely have been advised of this much sooner. Another wasted day off work. I am now having to speak with the insurance company to cancel the insurance once again. Communication from Peter Vardy Leasing after the initial sale has been very poor throughout.

I have had a seamless experience and there was a lot of going back and forth until i was sure about the car i wanted but the agent i worked with Sohaib Ali was super accommodating and prompt at responding and answering any questions i had. Car ordered and looking forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks.

Great price on the car but made a "mistake" on the original contract, sent a new one to sign which was done and then they changed the delivery date to a date two months after the car was delivered. Customer services are essentially non-existent and phone lines go to answer machine when called. I'd suggest going directly through Lease Plan rather than using Peter Vardy Leasing as the intermediary.
