I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Trusted Motors and had a great experience from start to finish. Isaac was the first person I spoke to — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the car. He took the time to show me around the vehicle thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The vehicle was in an immaculate condition as stated with the full service history and 1 years MOT. Once I decided to go ahead, Adam helped with the payment and finance side of things. I had already put a deposit down and was financing the rest, he made sure the process was smooth and transparent. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident in the decisions I was making. To top it off, Ash delivered the vehicle directly to my house, which was incredibly convenient. He was punctual and professional, and the handover was seamless. Overall, the team at Trusted Motors made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and hassle-free. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable car and excellent service. Will definitely use again in the future and definitely a company to recommenf to others!

I purchased a vehicle from Trusted Motors and am honestly shocked at how they are AA approved as they sold me a car with the inside of the tyre threads showing. I would not recommend buying a vehicles without a thorough inspection privately from underneath the car. I would’ve returned the car but didn’t due to its specification. The owner/sales person Max, who has left a fake review here, makes up company policy on the spot when confronted with the issues. Please see pictures of the tyres with the threads showing and broken components of the car. Max asked me to drive an hour journey which is unacceptable with bare tyres. When asked for a courtesy car for the repair period he stated only if the repairs and inspect took longer than 3 days and I would have to just make my own arrangements. Max is a good talker as shown in his response. The eBay listings I sent him were for the radiator housing not radiator itself. I never complained about any leaks of coolant. He tries to avoid responsibility and cut costs once the vehicle is sold. In his response it says inspections offered. If you are AA approved why would you need to inspect the vehicle again? Please address the tyres and mechanical components if you’re going to respond, there are no badges missing on the vehicle and the deduction was vehicle rust and sill damage
