Phoned up about an issue with my tyre pressure valves and needed a new brake light bulb and Derek at ATA Tyres was able to help me within an hour of phoning up. He is always so helpful and friendly regardless of the extent of the work required. He treats customers with respect, acknowledging that not everyone has the know how or capability for some of the more minor issues. I have always had very good service.

Had four new tyres fitted for my drive from France, one punctured and had to complete the journey with the safety wheel. ATA ordered the exact same tyre for me and fitted the following day, and that when they were super-busy just before Christmas. Many thanks for the great service. P.S. I used to use CB Motors 30 years ago when I lived in Benenden, they were much smaller then so are obviously doing something right. Recommend.

I am appalled with my experience at CB Motors. They are rude and extremely unprofessional, Martin specifically. They also charge an "investigation fee" of £140 which they fail to mention before hand, as well as this they haven't actually fixed a thing. DO NOT COME HERE!

Really disappointed by our local garage, quoted an extortionate price to repair/replace the turbo (£3.3k) and to make matters worse than proceeded to complete a “health check” with a further £1500 worth of repairs including tyres, this was completely unnecessary to quote given the shock of the turbo cost alone. I subsequently have had the car recovered to another garage for a second opinion and it has been fixed for hundreds rather than thousands. To make matters worse they missed reassembling the car with all the parts following their inspection which resulted in an inconvenient delay for the other garage finishing the job. Front desk customer service is sullen and sarcastic, I wasn’t impressed by their response when I stated the inconvenience of the missing part they had removed, this should have been picked up when the car was recovered and I should have been contacted to be told they had it. We would loved to have used our local garage but also refuse to be ripped off!! Avoid!
