We have used this company for a few years now and have found them very helpful. They cater to our own needs in regards to how we want the EPOS system to operate and its functionality. We started off with 1 single unit 3 years ago and now have upgraded the systems with an additional 2 systems. We also had a website implemented by Sentinel which allowed customers to browse products, purchase and pay for goods and arrange a delivery service too on bulky items. We would highly recommend this company to other businesses.

We purchased a till from Ahmed and the team, we did the transaction over the phone and trusted his advice for what was best for our new business. We are really happy with the system, works flawlessly and is really easy to use.

The till has a lot of potential but its very laggy, the scanner doesn't work properly and it takes ages to print receipt. For the price you pay its better to go somewhere else. Also the customer service isn't the best

I am actually quite surprised with their fast service and excellent system..Had some confusion with the system and the team was very quick to respond and help me on getting used to the system.. I really loved it that they customized the software accordingly to how I wanted it for my beauty business as I was being quite difficult with the way I wanted it customized..overall I am very satisfied with the whole product and process! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality products and friendly prompt service! =)

Any issues, help or training the guys are always on hand to help right away they're remote access repair is amazing! Definetly recommended!
