I worked with this organization for 18 months, and honestly, I have never experienced this level of stress or negativity in my 18 years of professional experience. I generally do not believe in writing or relying on negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this so that others are aware of how employees are treated internally.
Before joining, one important question you should ask the company and yourself is: How many employees have stayed with the organization for a long period of time? If very few have, then ask why.
Having served in a senior role, I personally witnessed multiple employees being hired and let go within a very short duration. In many cases, this had a serious impact on their careers. If someone leaves a stable organization to join here and is asked to leave within 3 to 6 months, it becomes extremely difficult to justify that experience in the industry.
Most of the reviews you see here do not reflect the internal reality. I genuinely wish more people had shared honest feedback earlier, as it could have helped others make informed career decisions.
I encourage others who have gone through similar experiences to share their genuine feedback as well, so that prospective employees are fully informed before making an important career decision.
My sincere advice is to do thorough due diligence before joining. Money is not everything; peace of mind, stability, and respect at work matter far more in the long run.
