RBM Property Maintenance maintain residential properties and commercial property's with competitive packages. One of the most common packages We have designed is to make it easier for landlords to maintain the property's cleanliness and grounds with only one invoice instead of dealing with multiple organisations plus it benefits the tenant as we will provide the service at an extremely competitive rate whilst maintaining a very high standard of service.
Our package consist of the following features which are normally provided by multiple company's however we will cover them all with the inclusion of a couple of others.
We will:
>Clean all communal hallways and sociable areas on a weekly basis
>Clean the windows of the property on a monthly basis
>Cut the grass and maintain the garden areas trimming bushes when required
>Pick up litter in and around the property and dispose on a weekly basis
>Power wash bin stores every 6 months
>Clean and power wash flat roofs yearly
All of this can be covered for as little as £3.98 per property per week based on 48 property's signed into a yearly contract. This price may vary depending on the amount of apartments in the building and the duties to be carried out however, we are committed to providing a service rivalled by no other that you will be assigned a client manager who will meet with the buildings housing managers regularly to discuss any potential issues arising. The client managers will also meet with the buildings housing managers during there site/building visits and discuss any potential issues and improvements required to the property and can provide professional advise for any issues discovered during these visits.

>Provide quotes for any damage to the property that require repair this can include decoration inside and out, fencing, brick work or damaged windows
>Provide a service to remove graffiti via our power wash cleaning team
>Provide an end of tenancy clean and removal of unwanted items
