The Bed Village Yorkshire

Ash was very helpful and assisted me with the choice and colour of bed for my room. The bed was delivered quickly and I was kept notified of transit plans and when to expect delivery. The biggest challenge we had was getting the bed and mattress upstairs (I’d recommend asking the delivery team to help with this if possible). Putting the bed together was a breeze although, I’d say, it does require two people just to help with lifting and holding things in place. Im delighted to say, the bed looks fantastic and the mattress is perfect for our medium/firm preference. After care was great with Ash checking in with us after delivery to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I’d shopped around for similar beds and found thebedvillageyorkshire to be very competitive in price and having made my purchase, I’d now say they are best for service too. If you are thinking of buying a sturdy, good quality Ottoman divan and mattress, look no further than thebedvillageyorkshire! Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the service we got from this company. Ordered with a 7 to 10 delivery time. Got a call a day later from Ash as a courtesy and also to ask if we could take delivery tomorrow! 2 days after ordering. We did have some other arrangements but Ash said he would sort it out and he did. The bed is good quality for the money. We got the dearer mattress but we're have slept on it like babies the last 2 nights. Very pleased.

Great service, good communication and we are very happy with our new bed. Storage is great and with the gas lift, the ottoman is very easy to use. I would definitely buy again from this company.

WOW. What can I say. From first clicking the order button. The customer service was incredible. Company called to check order was correct, when to expect delivery (which was quick and efficient.) They checked in and called me again to see if I was happy with delivery service- which I was! Driver was kind and professional. I was notified all throughout my order process. Then the bed came! Absoltuly beautiful. Excellent quality and lovely material!! I am Soo happy with my bed, but customer service was also on point with this company and credit where credit is due. This was a 5* service Will use again and recommend to everyone!! Thank you!!

I would highly recommend this company. We ordered the Kettlewell Superking in ‘sand Naples’ and we are very impressed. It is beautiful, so comfortable and was very easy to assemble. Thank you so much to Ash for excellent customer service. The courier was also super helpful.
