I recently ordered a bed from Bed Village Yorkshire on 9 February at an excellent price. Shortly after, on 11 February, I received an email advising that some order details hadn’t gone through correctly. Unfortunately, I missed both the email and follow-up calls, assuming they were nuisance calls.
When I eventually answered, I was genuinely surprised to learn that Ash had been trying to reach me out of concern that I might think I had been scammed. That level of care immediately stood out.
From that point onwards, Ash went above and beyond to ensure my requirements were fully understood and met. He followed up consistently, offered a courtesy service, and made sure everything was handled professionally and with integrity.
The bed arrived within the promised early delivery window on 20 February, exactly as agreed, and at a very good price including assembly. The bed was for my granddaughter, and she was absolutely delighted — she said it was “worth the wait.”
Customer service of this standard is rare. The courtesy, integrity, care, consideration and follow-through exceeded any previous experience I’ve had when purchasing goods.
