Steps to Health Reflexology

I am Caroline Stephenson and I am the sole practitioner in Steps to Health Reflexology. I was a registered paediatric and general nurse for 35 years until retiring from the NHS in 2019. Following a year’s training I gained a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology in July 2019 and am registered with Professional Reflexology. I have undertaken a CPD course in Reflexology for Women’s Health and have gained valuable experience during my training and since qualifying working with babies, children and adults with a range of physical and mental health conditions as well as children and young people with complex physical and learning disabilities.  Home visits are available for people who are unable to travel or those with access problems.
