Jo is always welcoming, has a smile on her face and knows her stuff. She is always professional and always friendly. If I don’t know what I want, she isn’t afraid to suggest things to me. Over the years she has learnt how I like my hair cut/coloured/styled, meaning she gives me a very personal service each time

What an amazing experience, I had my hair done by Jo just after lockdown eased & the Salon reopened. I could instantly tell how hard she had worked at making the Salon look safe, clean & fresh. I love my six weekly visit to Shape Hair & Beauty! I have a regular slot for a cut and colour with Jo. She and her staff always make me feel very welcome and a hot (or cold) drink is always on offer. I always leave the salon feeling great and due to the advice given that I have followed, my hair is in better condition than it used it be. Lovely salon.
