Trained in classical Swedish, Sports, Thai and Indian Head massage, coupled with experience of the massage techniques of many different cultures, I tailor every massage treatment to the specific needs of my client.
I’m Harri, owner of Grapevine Therapies in the lovely village of Storrington in West Sussex.
I spent a lot of my time as a child in Cyprus, where massage is very much a part of the culture.
My grandmother would give me massages in her garden and I remember looking at the grapevines during this wonderful, relaxing time, and thinking how similar grapevines are to the body. Every part links to another.
The grapevine infuses my approach to massage. I know that pain experienced in your back may be related to a problem in your legs, for example.
Having travelled widely I have been fortunate enough to experience and study massage in many different countries, including Turkey, Hong Kong, Poland, Thailand, Morocco, Tanzania and India. I incorporate elements from all these cultures into my massage practice in order to provide the best possible massage experience for my clients. Whether that be a relaxation massage, a deep tissue sports massage or an Indian head massage. Each massage is bespoke to your needs.
