About our business

Emma’s keen interest in acting started when she was very young. She began dancing from age five and appeared in a number of school musicals and productions with local amateur group ‘Potton Playhouse’.

After gaining both a GCSE and A2 in Drama she went on to study Drama at The University of Winchester. Alongside her studies she was involved with theatre companies Depthcharge, Chesil Theatre and Platform 4. Emma was lucky enough to perform in many pieces of New Writing, Shakespeare and Period Drama. Her performance as Lydia Languish in ‘The Rivals’ by R.B Sheridan at Theatre Royal Winchester was a particular highlight.

She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Drama in 2014 and several months later began her professional actor training. In July 2016 she graduated from Drama Studio London after extensive training in Stage (Shakespeare, Chekhov, Pantomime and Restoration Comedy), Screen, Voiceover, Radio Drama and Commercials. Her graduation performance of ‘Mermaid’ by Polly Teale allowed Emma to utilise her acting and dance skills to portray the lead ‘Little Mermaid’. This production which fused acting, movement, dance and singing was directed by Lea Anderson MBE at the Tristan Bates Theatre.

Notable work since graduating include: Ben in ‘Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom Live!’ (UK/EIRE TOUR) and Marcella in ‘The Feigned Courtesans’ by Aphra Behn rehearsed reading (THE ROSE PLAYHOUSE). Emma has also been involved in several short films and 2 Period Drama filming workshops at Pinewood Studios directed by Marcus DF White and Ian Knox respectively. Emma has recently finished working at Disneyland Paris in their character and parade department (2018-2019) and is now exploring the world of voiceover having completed her third Audiobook for Audible. She is also currently playing Julia in The Two Gentlemen of Verona with British Touring Shakespeare this summer.
